The Northern Powergrid Consumer Vulnerability team will host a series of three online workshops to speak to partners and interested parties about how best to support customers in vulnerable situations on their journey to decarbonise.
The first workshop, Bridging the gaps to support our customers, will be about looking at what our role should be in supporting customers, what support is already available and how to bridge the gaps that are identified.
Continuing on, the second workshop, Better together, will look at how Northern Powergrid can improve how it works with charities and community organisations to support customers in vulnerable situations and identify support programmes to collaborate on.
The third and final work shop, Nobody left behind, will look specifically at what help organisations need from us to support people on the journey to net zero, asking who is most as risk of being left behind and how we should be targeting support.
The first workshop, Bridging the gaps to support our customers, will be held on Wednesday 2nd March, 10am to midday.
